HEATHER BUDGETT FINE ART

Daughter of the racehorse breeder and polo player Alan Budgett, Heather Budgett was born in London in 1950. Heather studied in Florence in the 1970s. She is interested in movement and action and specialises in polo, hunting and landscapes. She has exhibited in London with Malcom Innes and at the Richmond Art Gallery.
